Approx. 7:10pm...
There was a Derf sighting at the Assembly Square Mall in Somerville, Mass. The wilderbeast was spotted near what appeared to be a "food truck" ravishing his way through frozen chicken patties and stoffers lasagna. This evil gorilla left little food for the children of the organization.
"It's just not right!", exclaimed a member of the 'Jazz' who wishes to remain anonymous, "He walks around like he owns the place. Better yet, like he actually marched before!".
A member of the staff commented, "He pisses us all of when he tries to run rehearsal. The man is clueless!".
Well, these things may be true, but that's not too bad. I mean, those things do not directly effect the results of the season, right? (Those of us who "don't know what drum corps is" are clueless with these things.).
"Oh no, quite the opposite. This man has been ruining our corps for over 10 years now!"-15 year Veteran of the 'Jazz'.
Well, regardless of your season, I feel that preserving the innocence of members and treating them with respect is more important than winning.
How do you dethrown this Henry VII? The world may never know....
